Return Window
You can request to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition
The product must be in its original state, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.
Excluded Products
For hygiene reasons, undergarments, cosmetics, or personal care products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-14 business days after inspecting the returned items.
Additional Details & Shipping Fees
• In the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item delivered, we will cover 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs.
• If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, size incorrectly chosen by customer), the customer will bear the standard shipping and handling fees.
• Please ensure to retain the paper or electronic purchase invoice to facilitate and speed up the return process.
